Is Raleigh Part of Doorify MLS?

Yes. Raleigh and Wake County are part of the Doorify MLS service area.

Doorify MLS also serves many surrounding communities, including Durham, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Garner, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina and other communities throughout the Triangle region.

The specific MLS serving a property depends on its location, so sellers should verify the MLS coverage for their particular property.

Why Does MLS Matter?

An MLS provides a central database where participating real estate professionals can share and access property listing information.

When a home is listed through the appropriate MLS, the listing can receive exposure to real estate agents and buyers searching for properties in that market. MLS listings may also be distributed through listing feeds and syndication to consumer real estate websites.

For a homeowner selling a property themselves, MLS exposure can provide a much larger audience than relying only on a For Sale By Owner sign or classified advertisement.

Can I Get on Doorify MLS Without a Realtor?

Yes, homeowners can use a Flat Fee MLS service to have their property listed on the MLS without hiring a traditional full-service listing agent.

With a Flat Fee MLS listing, a licensed real estate broker submits the property to the appropriate MLS on behalf of the homeowner. The homeowner can then handle the sale themselves, including showing the property, communicating with buyers and negotiating offers.

This gives a homeowner the opportunity to receive MLS exposure while avoiding the traditional listing commission charged by a full-service real estate agent.

How Do I List on Doorify MLS?

If your property is located within the Doorify MLS service area, you can use a North Carolina Flat Fee MLS service to have your property submitted to the MLS.

You provide your property information, photographs, listing price and other required information. A licensed broker then reviews the information and submits the listing to the appropriate MLS.

Once active, the listing can be viewed by participating real estate professionals and may also receive additional exposure through MLS listing syndication.

If you are not sure whether your property is covered by Doorify MLS, check our North Carolina MLS Coverage information or contact us for help determining the appropriate MLS for your property.
